Our agency offers opportunities for both Employers and Employees looking for positions in Childcare, Equestrian, Agricultural or Horticultural professions. We are able to supply Au pairs and Nannies, and in some cases they wish to combine their interests or experience in equestrian or other whilst combining duties with childcare.

Au Pair Programme

The au pair programme is a practical and flexible way of living, for both the au pair and family. It is a cost effective way of living for the au pair whilst attending studies whilst for the family, an affordable way of assistance with childcare and help around the home.

An au pair usually works 5 days per week and 5 Hours per day with a couple of evenings of babysitting if required for the host family.

For peace of mind for au pairs and host families, every effort is made in carefully matching au pairs and families together. Where possible Language and Leisure will endeavour to visit the host family environment for approval and carry out the appropriate checks on each party.

We aim to support both families and au pair placements throughout their stay in the UK.

Nannies

We can provide Nannies which are fully qualified NNEB’S or NVQ’s. Some candidates maybe fresh out of college having just qualified in this field, whilst others maybe naturally moving on as their families no longer require them as there children have grown up.

Equestrian Staff

We have a number of equestrian staff available from Yard staff, Grooms and up to BHS qualified Instructors. Most come with BHS qualifications, NVQ’s or Degrees.

Agricultural Staff

We can also provide agricultural Farm Labour for small and large farms. Most of the candidates will have obtained different levels of qualification and experience in all aspects of farming.

We have many overseas partner agencies who we work along with who also assist with our placements in all of the above areas.
